FITNESS programs FOR KIDS AND TEENAGERS

Kids Total Fitness 8-12​
A group program that entails of cardio, strength and functional movements. This gives the kids a soild foundation in each sport and an opportunity to develop their skills more thoroughly and live a healthier lifestyle. Like gym for kids – socially as well as physically beneficial.
CrossFit Pre-Teens 9-12 ​
A strong start. This program focuses on developing strength and fitness in children as young as 8, while focusing on movement quality and technique.
CrossFit Teens 13-15​
The fun way to get fit and strong, developing strength, cardiovascular health and overall fitness with CrossFit for Teens. We focus on reinforcing movement quality and technique above all.
Strength & Aesthetics 14-17 ​
A program designed to help teens develop their strengths and increase muscle mass safely. Working on increasing the weights and perfecting the movements, the movements mainly consist of basic power lifting (squat, deadlift and benchpress) as well as accessory movements to complement the relevant muscles. ​

Meet the Program Manager

Sara is passionate about working with children and inspiring the next generation. Half Croatian and half Palestinian, she’s a free spirit who loves traveling, hiking and painting—as well as the focus and discipline that exercise brings. Her specialisms include general fitness, power lifting, Olympic weightlifting, weight management, functional training, bodybuilding, movement and CrossFit.

Before we start, we carefully assess each child’s specific skills and performance in their chosen discipline.

These programs are designed in advance for every level by experienced, elite coaches.

We then track the development of their skills throughout the term, following which ones are improving, and which ones aren't.

EVALUATION

At the end of each term, we can give them clear targets to focus on, allowing you to help them hone some skills at home, or in 1-1 classes with our specialists. Eventually, when they’re ready, they progress to the next level.
