      Great for physical and mental health, our boxing classes offer a dynamic and effective mix of punching drills, footwork exercises, and full-body conditioning.       MUAY THAI

      Led by expert instructors, our Muay Thai classes allow you to learn the ancient art of Thai boxing right here in Dubai. A form of martial arts that works the entire body, our bespoke Muay Thai programs seamlessly combine cardio and strength training to leave you toned, strong, and brimming with fresh confidence.

      BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU

      A unique form of self-defense that specializes in ground grappling and submissions, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the most intense forms of martial arts in the world. But that doesn’t mean that it’s only for advanced combat experts. Our friendly instructors are skilled at breaking down the techniques involved and making the sport accessible to all.       KICK-BOXING

      Kickboxing classes combine elements of boxing and mma to provide a high-energy workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, strength, and coordination. Participants use techniques such as punches, kicks, knee strikes and footwork while engaging in drills, partner work, and bag work. The classes are suitable for all levels and offer a fun, effective way to enhance overall fitness and relieve stress.

      Meet the Program Manager

      Meet Masoud, our Martial Arts Program Manager and Muay Thai head coach. His 17 years’ experience began with coaching Nutrition and Bodybuilding, before he developed a passion for Martial Arts. His focus on mastering Muay Thai turned him into a specialized instructor, frequently taking him to Thailand to train. As a coach he emphasizes correct technique not only to improve performance, but also to show the beauty of this art. Masoud is creative, energetic, flexible, focused, and fun to be around. He believes there’s always room to keep on learning and improving yourself—and so do his students!

      FAQ

      Each martial arts discipline teaches different techniques for different outcomes. Whether it is conquering the world of combat, learning a martial arts technique or learning self-defence, we always advise our members to try the wanted sport before buying.
      There are many martial arts styles practised around the world, each with its own unique techniques, principles, and cultural influences. The most famous areBoxing, Kick-boxing, MMA, Karate and Judo.
      While any Martial Art program teaches skill and different fighting/defence techniques, gym workouts are considered a general fitness activity. While different skills are developed in both programs, gym workouts help building strength, muscles and stamina for practising Martial Arts
      The preparations for the classes depend on the fitness level of the member as well as the skills from previous sports or Martial Arts specific trainings. Gym or other physical workouts alongside any Martial Arts Training is highly recommended.
