Led by coaches with 17 years of experience, and open to both men and women of all abilities, each class is designed to help you achieve optimal levels of strength and fitness, and unlock your full potential. Including striking, grappling, punching, kicking, and various different aspects of strength training and cardio, it’s the ultimate form of self-defense, and an amazingly effective way of improving overall health and fitness.       Masoud

      Masoud is our Martial Arts Program Manager and Head Coach of our Muay Thai department. Boasting 17 years’ of experience, he is deeply passionate about promoting the beauty of martial arts, and he brings a strong background in nutrition and bodybuilding. He frequently travels to Thailand to train in the latest techniques, and he is dedicated to helping clients master new skills, improve their performance, and gain maximum enjoyment and benefits from every class. Creative, energetic, and friendly, he constantly strives to improve his own knowledge of martial arts, and that of his students.
