      Les Mills Body Pump is an iconic barbell workout. Set to amazing music, the carefully designed routines work a different muscle group with every track. Designed to improve strength, enhance weight loss, and boost your metabolism, just one class can burn up to 700 calories.

His specialist exercise plans include functional training, GX, Les Mills, and general fitness, and he is skilled at creating programs for weight management and every kind of health condition.

      For beginners, BodyBalance (or BodyFlow) is recommended, combining Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates for flexibility and strength. Other options you might try, include BodyPump for strength training and BodyCombat for cardio with martial arts moves.
      We offer several cardio-focused Les-Mills classes including BodyCombat, which combines martial arts-inspired moves, BodyAttack for athletic cardio exercises, RPM for cycling-based endurance training, and GRIT Cardio for intense HIIT workouts.
      The number of Les Mills classes per week depends on your fitness goals, current fitness level and your overall schedule. Members aim for at least 2-3 classes per week to see improvements in strength, endurance, and flexibility. More experienced individuals or those with specific fitness goals may benefit from 4-5 classes per week, incorporating a mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility-focused classes.

The class is adaptable for all fitness levels with options to adjust weights and exercises.
      Les Mills BODYPUMP builds muscle by using high-repetition, moderate-weight exercises that target all major muscle groups. It stimulates muscle development and stamina by gradually increasing resistance and keeping the muscles engaged.
      Bodypump is a strength training workout using weights and exercise repetitions to build muscle, while Bodycombat is a high-energy cardio workout combining Martial Arts moves. While Bodypump is a low-impact workout, Bodycombat has a higher impact.
