A rhythmic style of dance containing a mixture of jazz, funk and house dance styles. This class focuses on co-ordination and learning to use your body with various different upbeat songs within the afro music genre.x

Latin Dance
Latin cardio is an energy filled, class whereby simple easy dance steps are followed continuously to various different Latin American songs using all the various muscle types and parts of your body to shape up and tone up. Weight loss, muscle toning and co – ordination – All attained without even realizing it. The music is both upbeat and funky but also smooth and sensual, all deriving from the Latino genre.x
