REFORMER CORE
Work your body like you never thought possible! Using the reformer to strengthen and lengthen muscles without adding bulk, working those deepest abdominals while sculpting the legs, butt, arms and back. Open to all levels.

REFORMER CARDIO
Athletic Reformer Pilates class incorporates elements of cardio, strength training and yoga, with various levels of spring options. Expect the heart rate to spike and muscles to burn as you sweat and have fun. Level: Intermediate.
