        Meet Heather, our passionate Mind & Body Program Manager with over 6 years of teaching experience. With her over 500-hour yoga certification and expertise in the Five Elements and Qigong, she creates unique and comprehensive programs to help members reach their full potential. Heather’s programs cater to both beginners and experienced practitioners, and she’s dedicated to making the ancient teachings of the Yoga system relevant to modern life.
