A strong start. This program focuses on developing strength and fitness in children as young as 8, while focusing on movement quality and technique.
CROSSFIT TEENS 13-15
The fun way to get fit and strong, developing strength, cardiovascular health and overall fitness. We focus on reinforcing movement quality and technique above all.
STRENGTH & AESTHETICS 14-17
A program designed to help teens develop their strengths and increase muscle mass safely. Working on increasing the weights and perfecting the movements, the movements mainly consist of basic power lifting (squat, deadlift and benchpress) as well as accessory movements to complement the relevant muscles.
