In cases, where our members want to experience a more personalised workout, we recommend proceeding with a 1-on-1 sessions with our personal trainers.
      Boot camp classes typically incorporate a variety of exercises aimed at providing a total body workout. The variety includes Calisthenics, Cardio and Core workouts.
