        From football to martial arts, Ricardo has done it all. His enthusiasm for all kinds of sports has given him a breadth of knowledge and a passion that he wants to pass on not just to his son, but to everyone who wants to develop themselves through fitness. Ricardo specialises exercise for special health conditions, weight management, functional training, GX and general fitness.
